Haul: The Body Shop

Hello friends,

I have just filmed a haul from The Body Shop and I will upload it in a day or two, and will add a link to this incase you want to watch this post in the live form!

Anyways, I have been to the body shop and picked up quite a few products so I figured I would haul it! By the way currently there is a groupon for The Body Shop right now, go ahead and pick one up to get a sweet little discount on any of these products I'm sharing, and more!

First off I got a body butter in the mango scent, it is a huge tub of it so I will be smelling like mangos for quite a while, and I am okay with that ;)

Then I got these two lip butters, this is my first time trying a lip butter and I love them; the ones I got are in mango and pink grapefruit, they are so nice and creamy and these have quickly become my new favorite lip moisturizers. I would say I like the grapefruit one a little more than the mango one; the mango one is sweet, whereas the pink grapefruit one is sour and punchy- which is a unique flavor for a lip balm.

This is the Vineyard Peach Body Lotion, I have this on my desk and have been using it as a hand lotion all week long. By the way, the peach line has proven to be one of my favorite scents the body shop has to offer. This is a slightly thin and very cooling lotion; I would highly recommend for summer. And as of right now they are 50% off online, that makes it only $6!

Next, this is a lip and cheek stain, I got two of these but one was on clearance and therefore there was no photo of it online. This color is in rose pink, this stain is a great long lasting cheek color and an adorable lip color! I must say this didn't stay on my lips as long as I would have liked but was great for the cheeks.

This is the Coconut Cream Body Exfoliator. It smells so nice and I will use to exfoliate my legs and body! I haven't tried it yet, so no first impressions just yet,

These four products are my new skin care routine, I have been using them for about a week and am loving it! All of this line is for acne and acne prone skin. Although I don't have acne, I do have very oily skin which tends to be acne prone and this seems like the products for me! I love the BB Cream it is brand new and I hope they come out in more shades soon, it seems as though the #1 shade is too light and the #2 shade is slightly dark. The exfoliator is nice, and I put the oil on my problem spots and blemishes. I will do a skin care routine with this if I start seeing lasting results!

That just about wraps it up for my haul! If you have any questions feel free to ask!

Love always,

Prize Candle Review

I heard about Prize Candle a few months ago on Facebook and instantly fell in love with the concept. In case you have not heard of it, Prize Candle is a candle company that promises a ring in each candle, each ring can be anywhere between $10-$5,000. Now it being my anniversary my Boyfriend decided to add one to our extensive candle collection.
We chose the scent "Sweet Citrus" and it is amazing, its not too overpowering with any specific type of citrus nor is it too sugary. And the packaging is very classy.
Did I mention we got it today? Yeah... Whoops, my inpatient-self could not wait; we busted out the lighter torch, a pair of tweezers, and needle nose pliers. Heres what our candle looks like now. Not to worry we read online you can put it in the oven on low and it will melt back to normal :)

And without further adieu... MY RING, I appraised it on their website and it is worth $25, so gorgeous,  and best part is, it fits!
I will definitely be buying another one soon, I think I'm hooked! :)

3... 2... 1... Blog Off!

It seems like every one is starting a blog now, so why not me?

How does this work, do I introduce myself?

My name is Candy, I am a full time student, worker, and girlfriend, just trying to find a balance. I am going to be posting about all of my collage adventures, tails from work, getting fit, and growing my relationship.

Fasten your seat belts, cause I can assure you this will get bumpy.
